Therapies & Energy Sessions

My work integrates neuroscience, combining physical awareness with energy anatomy to create profound shifts in day-to-day experiences. Clients often say that I help them connect the dots between life events they didn’t realize were related, providing a roadmap for them to navigate forward. The goal is for them to hone their own ability to manage life’s obstacles, guided by their internal intuition. We focus on slowing down, interpreting what’s coming to the surface, and cultivating the courage to act on that guidance. It’s about not just hearing or knowing, but applying this inner wisdom in their daily life so they may live in a more evolved emotional and physical state.


Many clients leave sessions feeling a sense of spaciousness, mentally and physically. I often work with people experiencing anxiety, particularly those caught in repetitive thought loops or ruminations from work or daily stress. Over time, clients learn to apply both cognitive and somatic strategies, using breathwork to regulate their nervous system. Much of my work is grounded in trauma response, helping clients return to a state of safety, presence, and awareness—what we call the 'green' state of the vagal nerve system. Whether someone is in a state of shutdown or sympathetic activation (fight or flight), our work together restores balance and helps them transition to a calmer, more regulated state.


All my services are woven with this same core approach. My background in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation allows me to combine these practices with research-based clinical interventions for enhanced outcomes. The goal is to empower clients to heal themselves. I don’t seek to be a long-term provider because I aim to teach people how to find their own access points to healing. Clients often discover their keys to growth and healing, creating independence and autonomy.
