Service Description

*Comprehensive Initial Evaluation is $144, scheduled separately. I offer a holistic, spiritual approach to treatment, and specialize in working with Empaths and highly sensitive, as well as psychically and intellectually gifted persons (HSP/OSP). I often incorporate somatic trauma release techniques, “Parts” work, inner child healing modalities, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breath work, sound and energy therapy as well as creative expression and guided spiritual hypnosis journey work into process work with Others. I am passionate about assisting individuals in healing from C-PTSD and achieving Embodiment and Empowerment in Life through Connection to Self.
